H&C Demolition carried out the strip out to 5 floors of this office building in Guildford, Surrey for Morgan Lovell plc. 

The works involved include removal of all internals to take the building back to its shell including removal of all M&E to floor areas and risers and the dismantling of five plant rooms.

We aim to recycle over 90% of all soft strip arisings removed from site and 100% recycling of all metal and plasterboard .

Access in this busy commercial area is restricted meaning logistics management is of paramount importance with careful coordination throughout the strip out programme.

Morgan Lovell’s aim is to achieve Perfect Delivery on every project and therefore, it is a requirement of our appointment with them to assist them in achieving this by delivering the building back to shell within the 6 week strip out programme on time and within budget.
