H&C Demolition are currently carrying out the demolition, dismantling and soft strip works at this large retail store in West Byfleet, Surrey for ISG.

The internal works involve a complete soft strip abck to shell including the removal of Mechanical and Electrical Systems and the removal of a mezzanine floor area.

The external works are the removal of the front canopy and store sign. The removal of curtain walling and areas of brick and block work walls to create new entrance areas. As well as the removal of the rear roller shutter door and small areas of brick work and cladding to facilitate new openings including all temporary support work.
