Jury’s Kensington Hotel

This project involved the internal and external refurbishment of a 5 star hotel.  H&C Demolition carried out the demolition of internal structures and soft strip services throughout the hotel over 6 floors.  The demolition and strip out works were carried out both by hand and mechanical techniques.  Access and egress from the building was restricted and therefore a scaffold shoot was installed to create a drop zone that was gated at ground floor level for safety reasons.
